Happy Birthday Ash! Yesterday Ash turned 32 and we had a fun day together as a family. We went to Red Robin for lunch because we always get a free burger on our birthdays and we can't pass that up right? Anyway, I had them sing happy birthday to him and you can tell by the look on his face that he was REALLY excited about it (yeah right)! But that is what you have to go through to get the free ice cream, which was really good by the way. So I made him pose for another picture and actually smile that time.
So later that night, we got our band together (Xander on drums, Ash on guitar and me singing) on Rock Band (which was his b-day present) and performed quite a few gigs and we have like 20,000 fans, a manager, and a totally awesome van to tour in. If you haven't played this game yet, you should definitely head over to Best Buy and try it out. After that we sang happy birthday and ate some cake. We were out of candles so I couldn't put 32 candles on for him but he did get a cute dinosaur candle...not because he is as old as dinosaurs, just because that is all I had! Anyway, we love Ash! He works so hard for our family and is a great dad!

32 years old sounds really old when I hear about other people turning that age. Then I remind myself that I am also 32 and it isn't all that bad. Sounds like a fun birthday!
